KPMG's Family for Literacy

KPMG’s Citizenship efforts are centered on lifelong learning, which is essential to unlocking the potential in people, building economies, and above all, improving lives. Literacy is at the foundation of lifelong learning, and access to books is necessary to build strong reading skills. Since its inception in 2008, KFFL has distributed over 3.5 million new books to low-income children in 100+ communities across the United States.  Help that number grow in your very own community. Find out more info and sign up on our OrgSync.

UODM Dance Party

Spend the day with children from the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital and PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield, OR. There will be music, dancing, games, prizes, and food provided. You do not need to have any dancing skill, just a desire for fun and a passion for saving lives! Sign up on our OrgSync.

Classroom Presentations

Members may earn one volunteer hour each term by completing brief presentations in two classrooms within the Lundquist School of Business curriculum, desceribing Beta Alpha Psi, our values, and why students should become members and seek a career in accounting.  Contact our VP of Membership for more details.

BAP Tabling

Another opportunity is tabling for BAP. Members and pledges can contact our VP of Membership for opportunities.

Accounting 211 Tutoring

You can also meet your volunteer requirements by becoming an Accounting 211 tutor! Email our Volunteer Chair with any questions.
